Property layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally included in this new document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing different sections of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.
More images released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
